VouchCord is operated by Soryn Solutions LLC ("VouchCord", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. By accessing or using VouchCord, including the Discord bot, website, and dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VouchCord provides a vouch and testimonial management system for Discord servers. The service includes:

• A Discord bot for collecting and displaying vouches
• A web-based dashboard for managing vouches, settings, and server configuration
• Vouch profiles, rating systems, and customizable embeds

VouchCord is provided free of charge. All features are available to every server at no cost, and the service does not process payments, subscriptions, or license fees.

3. User Responsibilities

When using VouchCord, you agree to:

• Not abuse, exploit, or attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Not use the bot to spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the bot or its systems
• Use vouch features honestly and not submit false or misleading testimonials

4. Data Collection

To provide the service, VouchCord stores the following data:

• Guild configuration — server settings, channel preferences, and enabled features
• Vouch data — ratings, comments, images, and timestamps submitted through the bot
• Discord user IDs — to associate vouches with users and manage permissions
• Dashboard session data — temporary authentication tokens for dashboard access

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to VouchCord for any user or server at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Abuse of the service or its features

• Violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Fraudulent or malicious activity that harms the service or other users

6. Limitation of Liability

VouchCord is provided free of charge on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soryn Solutions LLC and its officers, members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of VouchCord are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in North Carolina shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to venue in those courts.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of VouchCord after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
