Essentials
The basics VouchCord needs to start collecting vouches. Everything else lives in the other tabs — fine-tune it anytime.
Where approved vouches are posted.
Staff-only channel for deletes and alerts.
Who can manage vouches in the dashboard.
Who a vouch is for. Change it later in Settings.
One more required step: add at least one thing members can vouch for in the Products tab — the vouch flow won't work until you do.
Embed appearance
This color is used for vouch embeds, logging, and other bot messages in this server.
Preview
Uses the same custom emojis and field layout as live vouches (Discord may render spacing slightly differently).
Vouch embed layout
Reorder fields, toggle options, and set a custom author line and thumbnail. Works for both server and member vouches.
Editing the layout for whole-server vouches.
Vouch panel
Text shown when staff run /promptvouch or !v in a channel. Members click the button to start vouching.
Public vouch page
Publish a shareable web page of this server's vouches — great for linking from your storefront, bio, or listings. Search-engine friendly and mobile ready.
Shown at the top of your public page, above the vouches.
Branding
Give your page a custom link, your own logo and background, an accent color, and optionally hide the VouchCord footer.
Post-Vouch Coupons
Connect SellAuth, SellHub, Sellix, Paylix, Sell.app, Billgang, Shoppy.gg, Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, Shopify, or WooCommerce to auto-generate single-use reward codes after vouches.

Server settings
Channels, roles, automation, and the sticky message for your vouch channel. How vouch embeds look (color, images, field order) is set under Embed settings.
Channels & roles
Where vouches post, where staff logs go, who can manage vouches in Discord, and an optional role to assign after someone posts a vouch.
Public channel where approved vouches appear.
Staff-only channel for deletes, restores, and alerts.
Members with this role can manage vouches in-app.
"Member" modes add a step where the voucher picks who the vouch is for. "Member or server" makes that choice optional.
Given to the author after a vouch is saved. Bot needs Manage Roles; pick a role below the bot’s highest role.
Where vouches aimed at a specific member post. Leave as Same as main vouch channel to keep them together.
Automation
Optional tools that run automatically on new vouches — all included free.
Adds a number to each new vouch (like Vouch #412) and counts up automatically.
Fix last number
Lower this if a test vouch increased the count by mistake. Can’t go above your current number.
Backfill older vouches
Adds numbers to older vouches that don’t have one yet.
React to every new vouch with one emoji.
New vouches stay pending until staff with Manage Messages approve or deny them.
Hourly backups. Turn on here, then run /autobackup enable in Discord to get your key.

Sticky message
Keeps a line of text or an embed pinned to the bottom of your vouch channel so rules or branding stay visible.
Plain text sends a normal message. Embed uses the fields below (no JSON required).
Defaults to your server accent from Embed Settings if left blank.
Optional rows (like rules or links). Up to 25 fields.
Preview
Approximate Discord layout.
Changes apply immediately after save. Sticky updates may require re-enabling the sticky in Discord if the bot cannot edit the old message.
Products
Manage your vouch catalog. Optionally organize products into groups for the Discord picker.

Select products in the catalog, then move them here. Click a group to expand it.

Fix vouch numbering
Detects vouch numbers that are out of order or duplicated (e.g. a counter that jumped backward) and renumbers them into a clean, increasing sequence. Preview first, then apply — you can edit the existing Discord embeds in place (no new messages are posted).
Push the dashboard's numbers onto every vouch embed in Discord. Edits messages in place — no new messages are posted. Runs in small batches so it won't time out; proof images are left as-is.

Recent vouches
Create Backup
Exports all vouches right now. Each run replaces the server’s main backup file (the one restore checks) and issues a new backup key for that snapshot. A dated copy is also added to history; only the 10 newest history files are kept.
Restore
Reposts vouches using the snapshot currently stored on the server. Enter the key that matches that file—usually the key under Latest backup, or your Settings auto backup key after an auto backup. For an older snapshot still in history, use /backuphistory restore in Discord with that entry’s key.
Latest backup
The server’s main backup file and its key (same file /restore uses), plus rolling history — this section shows the newest history snapshot (same snapshot written to the main file on that run); only the 10 newest history files are kept.
Download saves this JSON to your computer as an extra copy—for off-site archives, sharing with staff, or your own records. It does not change what the bot restores; restore still checks the key against the live file on the server (or use /backuphistory restore in Discord for a specific history snapshot).
Bot Admin Panel
Global overview of every server VouchCord is in. Withdraw removes the bot; blacklist blocks re-invites and auto-leaves if added again.

Blacklisted — bot withdrawn
These servers are on the global blacklist and the bot is no longer in them. You can remove the blacklist entry here.
Support
All help for VouchCord — bugs, setup, and questions — goes through our Discord support server. We do not offer support by email.
After you join, open a ticket using the server’s ticket system (for example a channel or button labeled tickets or support — exact names may change as we improve the server). Include what you need, your Discord server ID if the issue is about a specific guild, and screenshots if something looks wrong in the dashboard or Discord.
- Use Join support Discord below (opens in a new tab). Accept the invite with the same Discord account you use here if you can.
- Check any #rules, welcome, or read-me channels so your ticket follows server guidelines.
- Open a ticket so staff can reply privately. Describe one issue per ticket when possible.
- Staff will respond when available — watch the ticket channel or your DMs from the ticket bot, depending on how the server is configured.
